By signing up for ISCEA Bangladesh training or certification, you agree to these basic terms:
- Course and exam fees must be paid before you start, and payments are non-refundable.
- All study materials and exam content are for your own learning — please don’t copy, share, or distribute them.
- We expect honest and respectful participation. Any cheating or misconduct can lead to disqualification without refund.
- Certificates are only awarded if you meet all requirements set by ISCEA Global.
- We provide training and resources to support your growth, but we can’t promise specific career outcomes.
- From time to time, these terms may change, and by continuing, you agree to the latest version.
Refund Policy
All applicable fees—including course fees and any additional charges—must be settled either in full or in accordance with the payment schedule communicated by the company prior to the start of the program/training. All outstanding amounts must be cleared no later than the program’s completion. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
If a program or session is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another available program
