Certification
No. Certificate does not contain any mention of online.
Certificates are issued with validity for Professional Certification Programs like CSCM, CPLM, CSCA and CDSCM. ISCEA Certification is valid up to 3 years.
However, for ISCEA Education Programs, there is no validity of certificates
ISCEA USA is the certifying authority for all ISCEA graduates world wide

Note: Certificate renewal is not required for PGDSCM and PGDASC certificates.
Yes! Certificates are signed and issued by ISCEA USA Head Quarter. ISCEA sends the hard copy certificates to ISCEA Bangladesh.
Candidates will be collecting it from ISCEA Associated Knowledge partner which is ISCEA Bangladesh.
Eligibility
CSCA is for university students and for professionals with less than 2 years job experience
PGDSCM/PGDASC for graduates with/without job experience of any length
CSCM/CPLM is for professionals with 3 years of Job experience

Classes
CSCM- 3 Weekdays 7pm to 10pm, Weekends days 2 full days
CPLM- 3 Weekdays 7pm to 10pm, Weekends days 2 full days
CSCA- Only Fridays & Saturdays full days
PGDSCM- Only Fridays full days
PGDASC- Saturdays & Sundays 7pm to 10pm
Mostly our classes starts at evening
except ;
Full day workshops of all programs.
PGDSCM classes on Friday during day time with break for prayer and lunch.
CSCA is same as PGDSCM with added Saturdays during day time.
For Regular Classes, duration is 3 hours.
However, for Full Day Workshops duration is 6 hours.
We provide recording of missed classes only with 48 hours viewing facility.
Participant will learn by himself using the recorded video.
Exams
The minimum pass mark for the final exam is 70%.
Final exam is conducted online and proctored by ISCEA Headquarter situated in USA
If someone fails to achieve 70% in final exam, s/he can sit for further rounds
1st Attempt
Onsite Online Exam will be conducted on the last day of workshop or you can make the 1st attempt via ISCEA i-proctor service within first 30 days of workshop.
2nd Retake
Those professionals who will be unsuccessful in clearing the exam in first attempt, ISCEA will provide them 1st Retake of exam within 30 Days Free of Charge.
3rd Retake
Those professionals who will be unsuccessful in clearing the exam in Second attempt, They have to Pay US$250 for the 2nd Retake of exam within 30 Days of the 1st Retake.
Those professionals who will be unsuccessful in clearing the exam in Third attempt, They have to Pay US$250 for the 3rd Retake of exam within 30 Days of the 2nd Retake.
4th Retake
Those professionals who will be unsuccessful in clearing the exam in Fourth attempt, They have to Pay US$250 for the 4th Retake of exam & wait for 180 Days in-order to reappear in the Exam.
Successful candidates will be awarded with the internationally recognized certification from ISCEA USA and they can use the acronym of CSCA - Certified Supply Chain Analyst after their names.
Electronic Certificates will be provided to the successful candidates along with Certification ID , If they wish to get the hard copy of the certificate than shipping charged will be applied which have to be paid by the certificate holder or either they can contact the relevant ISCEA Authorized Knowledge Partner in their region regarding the availability of the hard copy of the certificate Free of Charge.
- Exam will be online and will come from the training material which will be discussed during preparation classes. Theme of the exam is multiple choice questions.
- You have to secure minimum 70% correct answers
Example :
- CSCA exam consists of 100 MCQs from which you have to secure minimum 70% correct answers i.e. 70 correct answers.
- CSCM exam consists of 200 MCQs from which you have to secure minimum 70% correct answers i.e. 140 correct answers.

No. There are no discount for the program fees for individual participants.
However, there is a provision for group discount. To avail group size should be at least 3.

No. First payment is the registration fees. Rest amount is allowed to pay within 2 weeks program commencement
